Shipping policy

  • We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@poggers.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

  • The free shipping promotion refers to offering free shipping methods from carriers (such as USPS or UPS) which is the cheapest method they provide. Usually it is around 4 business days for shipping but it may take longer for it to actually arrive depending on delays and other unexpected situations from shipping carriers.

  • Shipping is subject to shipping delays.

  • Any reference to shipping days always refers to business days.

  • We ship both locally and worldwide.

  • Shipping times: 1-30 business days depending on where your location is.

  • Local orders normally take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within the next business day.

  • International orders take up to 30 business days to be delivered via local carriers; usually around 14 days.

  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method, and other factors.

  • The shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

  • Orders over $65 within the continental United States (48 states including the District of Columbia) will have our free shipping promotion as explained above.

  • International orders are not eligible for free shipping and the cost of shipping will depend on the location and carrier.

  • Orders outside of the continuous United States are not eligible for free shipping.

  • Orders under $65 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.

  • Once an order is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered, including theft from mailboxes, doorsteps, or other delivery locations. We recommend shipping to a secure address and contacting the carrier directly for delivery-related disputes or claims.
